We are authorized to announce Andrew r.RMicHAEL, Johk M'Whorter, and George Jxkwabt, as candidates for the office of Justice of the Peace, to fill the place of Mr. Alley. (g-Xext Monday two weeks the Franklin Circuit Court commences its fall session. Presidential Candidates, It will be seen by t letter from the Hon. John M'Lean, published in this sheet, he is not a candidate for the Presidency it the present time. There are now only 4 candiditei Bpoken of, who pretend to claim a prospect of tuecess: to wit: the Office-holder's candidate (Mar tin Van Buren;) the Democratic Republican can didateof the People,(Gen.
