Riley's, New-Trenton, on the 5th of October, 1833. After the President had called to order, the following Regulations were made, viz: That each Captain shall brand the horses owned by the members of their respective divisions. Also, that each Captain shall forfeit $5 00 if he brands a horse for one not a member of the Aassociation. Motioned and carried that the Treasurer, (the Trea

surer first agreeing to the motion) pay 6 per cent, for the monies belonging to the Association. N.B. The Members of the Association will'meet at R. RILEY'S on Christmas next, between the hours of 10 and 2 P. M. Those who wish to become members to the New Trenton Association, are requested to attend the meeting, on the day above mentioned, and they will have an opportunity of examining the laws of the Association.
