BY THE MINISTERS
BECAUSE OF SABBATH DESECRATION—TO SUPPORT AND AID OFFICERS TO PRE
SERVE SANCTITY.
TALK OF UNION SERVICES
To Be Hold Through Month of August—Ministerial Meetings Discontinued Through Summer Months Until
September.
The Ministerial Association convened Monday morning in the Bradley church at 10 o'clock. Matters pertaining to the churches and observance of the Sabbath were discussed.
Several complaints were registered against the way the Sabbath is being used. The moral law and the State law is clear in defining the character and purpose of the Sabbath. Things which prove themselves a nuisance and menace to quietude and rest of the Sabbath should cease, and the Association representing the churches of the city will give their support and aid to the officers of the law in preserving the sanctity of the day of rest and worship.
Union services were also discussed and, beginning with the fifth Sunday in July it is probable that the churches will unite in union services of Sunday nights and continue to the first Sunday in September.
The next meeting will be the first Monday in September, Rev. B. F. Daily will read a paper. The ministers of the city and county are invited.

Such delicious goodness as you will find in Bonano comes only from the blending of many varieties of bananas which, because of
their
delicacy, are not taken out of the tropics. These bananas are used when they are fully ripened—not before—just when nature has perfected in them all their rich food value and flavor. We peel them and dry them. The dried pulp or meat of the fruit—containing all there is of goodness in the banana— we bring to our American factory and there granulate and roast it, just as coffee is roasted. d&w

A Charming Woman
is one who is lovely in face, form, mind and temper. But it's hard for a woman to be charming without health. A weak, sickly woman will be nervous and irritable. They regulate Stomach, Liver and Kidneys, purify the blood give strong nerves, bright eyes, pure breath, smooth, velvety skin, lovely complexion and perfect health. Try them. 50c at .C. Quigley's.

The Human Heart
The heart is a wonderful double pump, through the action of which the blood stream is kept sweeping round and round through the body at the rate of seven miles an hour. Remember this, that our bodies will not stand the strain of over-work without good pure blood any more than the engine can run smoothly without oil." After many years of study in the active practice of medicine, Dr. R. V. Pierce found that when the stomach was out of order, the blood impure and there were symptoms of general breakdown, a tonic made of the glyceric extract of certain roots was the best corrective. This he called
