Mrs. J. F. Faut, who was operated on Wednesday, is getting along nicely, as well as could be expected.

Miss Hulda Cooper spent Sunday with Gladys and Hazel Jackson. Misses Ada Eakin, Bertha Chappie and Ruth West spent Tuesday with Eddie Dobbins and children, west of here.

Rev. Kinaman, of Shirley, filled his regular appointment here Sunday night.

Roy Sitton has a position with the Maxwell-Briscoe automobile factory at New Castle.

Mr. and Mrs. Curry, of New Castle, spent Sunday with Bert Burke and wife.

Jas. F. Webb and wife spent Sunday with Albert Walker and family near Wilkinson.

Chas. Smith and wife of Greenfield, called on Bert Burke and wife Sunday.

Cophine Webb is visiting her grandparents, J. F. Webb and wife. Mrs. Edd McCarty is some better at this writing.

Lillian Clark, who has been sick, is improving. Mrs. Abbey Roberts was called to Andernon Monday by the illness of her grandson.

Hazel Jackson returned home Saturday, after a week's visit at New Castle.

Ralph Muir and family of Shelbyville, moved into the house with William Clark and family. Mr. Muir and family will move to their farm this fall.

George Herndon moved from the Ross Keaton farm to Mr. Hargroves farm southeast of Morristown last Tuesday.

Jesse West, wife and children, Martha and Ayrus, spent Sunday with her parents, Amos Chapman and family southwest of Fountaintown. Little Martha remained for a week's visit with her grandparents.

Oak Morrison passed through here last week with his new auto ambulance.

John Brooks, the monument dealer of Greenfield, passed on the route last week.

Luther Hackleman and son were at Morristown last Monday. Next Sunday will be regular preaching day at Shiloh. Rev. Allen the pastor will fill the pulpit at both services.
