My|kidneys were weakened, and my bladder caused me much misery. My eyesight was blurred by floating specks and I often had dizzy spells and headaches. I happened to read of Foley Kidney Pills and began taking them. They acted promptly and soon my back and kidneys got strong as before. All the distressing symptons of my trouble were soon gone. Foley Kidney Pills did me a world of good and I can gladly recommend them." Sold by M. C. Quigley

On December 5th, 6th and 7th at English's opera hotise, with a matinee on Wednesday, Dec. 7th, Thos. Jefferson will be seen in a modern play, "The Other Fellow," which will be Mr. Jefferson's first offering on the legitimate stage since his appearance in "Rip Van Winkle." The new vehicle is a farce in three acts by George Totten Smith, author of "His Honor the Major"'and! "The, Defccon ahd the Lady," and has for it? basis theosophy and Hindu mysticism,

which is introduced only to transfer two souls. Wilton Swift (Thomas Jefferson) and Dr. Theodore Button are the uwo victims of Chud Suddah's mystic influence. Suddah, a Hindu, in giving a demonstration of his power, sends the souls of Swift and Button off into space to sport about among the stars and planets, but succeeds in getting back only Swift's soul, which, in order to paye the way for the farce, inserts itBelf into Button's body. An interval of many situations precedes the return of Button's soul—into Swift's body. Finally Suddah, who has been in spiritual communication with his Manhatma gets back his mystic power and returns the souls to their owners. As one may imagine, these are laugh-provoking situations indeed, and Thomas Jefferson proves himself a finished light comedian, as he should be by right of inheritance as Joseph Jefferson's son. "The Girl of My Dreams" made such a hit in Indianapolis and so many wer6 disappointed in not having an opportunity to see it on account of the length of its engagement a few weeks ago, that the management of English's opera house has succeeded in securing a return engagement of $hree days and a matinee, beginning Thursday, De^Sth. Reports from the, Illinois Theatre, Chicago, where the piece has its premiere ... and Summer, run day, "It is

seldom that tunefulness and wit| are to be found in the quantities that this musicality possesses. The story of the piece concerns the downfall of a typical bachelor before the charms of of a demure little Quakeress. It affords opportunities for John Hyamsr a capital and legitimate comedian and Leila Mclntyre, an able co-atar to keep large audiences manifesting their appreciation.
