Farm

At ADALINE, LOUISIANA

The greatest chance of your life to own a farm of your own. We say you, can't lose. Why? Because at Adaline, Louisiana, one crop would pay for the land, but we don't ask you to do this. This is the way you pay forJt. Onefifth of the purchase price in cash, the balance you pay by turning over the crop from one-sixth of your land each year, which is credited to your account! Lewis Miller vyxv/j-r iivu ,, William A. Itaesner until your farm is paid for. This beats paying rent, because in less than ten

years you own your own farm free of debt, while if you continue to pay renfc^Wni ^Ecr? you never own a farm of your own. Tnis land is within two miles of a sta-

tion on the main line of the Southern Pacific R. R. on tne gulf coast 100 miles

west of New Orleans. There are 10,000 acres in the tract, well improved and _Mt

under cultivation. It belongs to a large sugar company who have a big sugar

mill there, and they desire to got the lands into the hands of good Northern farmers who will raise among other things, sugar cane for their mills. No land will be sold to speculators.
