A Safeguard to Children. V"Our two children of six and eight years have been since infancy subject to colds and croup. For, after taking one bottle I was entirely cured. You can't say anything too good of a medicine like that." Rev. Bonnell Held Breathless^Interest

Every Day Life. A fair sized crowd of boys and men greeted Rev. C. C. Bonnell, of Indianapolis, at the Presbyterian church Sunday afternoon at the boys' mass meeting. They were all well repaid as Rev. Bonnell held the breathless interest of every one with his address on "A Home Run" and the applications to every day life. The boy or man he said who makes a home ran always raises himself in his own estimation and in the estimation of his companions, and causes consternation in the opposing forces, whether it be on the baseball diamond or in his life work. Life in many respects is like unto a base ball game. It takes preparation, training, practice, strength^ etc., to make a home run in either the game or life.

To make a success the boy must discard everything that hinders him and cigarettes is one of the things that makes a boy unfit to engage in the struggle which it takes to make a home run. The applications were made in a manner that could not be misunderstood and every boy and man appreciated Rev. Bonnell's visit.

NO MORE SORE THROATS

No Catarrh [in Inland Australia—No

Asthmay, Hay Fever, Bronchitis or

Consumption There. In inland Australia where grows the eucalyptus, king of all trees, sore throat, catarrh, asthma, consumption and diseases of the respiratory tract are unknown.

This is because the air is filled with the antiseptic balsams thrown out by these trees and being breathed in, this strongly antiseptic air prevents germ life from gaining a foothold and catarrh and consumption, both germ diseases, cannot exist.

Of course everybody who has catarrh or sore throat, wants to get rid of it, but all cannot afford to go to inland Australia to breathe in this wonderful germkilling air. [But every catarrh sufferer in Greenfield can afford to give Hyomei (which is practically the same as the healing air of Australia) a trial because if it does not cure V. L. Early will you back your money.

Get a Hyomei outfit today and gel rid of disgusting catarrh. A complete outfit only costs $1.00 at leading druggists everywhere, and in Greenfield at V. L. Early's.

NAMELESS GREEK REVIVAL

Big Crowds and Fine Meetings—Four

A Common Cold. 7

We claim that if catching cold could be avoided some of the most dangerous and ^fatal' diseases would never be heard of. A cold often forms a culture bed for germs of infectious diseases. Consumption, pneumonia, diphteria, and scarlet fever, four of the most dangerous and fatal diseases, are of this class. The culture bed formed by the cold favors the development of these diseases, that would not otherwise find lodgement. There is little danger, however, of any of these diseases being contracted when a good expectorant cough medicine like Chamberlain's Cough Remedy is used. It cleans out these culture* beds that favor the development of these diseases. That is why this remedy has proved so universally successful in preventing pneumonia. It not only cures your cold quickly, but minimizes the risk of contracting these dangerous diseases. For sale by all druggist.

Milton Morris Says His Wife Left Him

-—Wants Divorce. Milton Morris has filed suit for divorce from Dieie .Morris, claiming that she has left him many times and one time when he was sick with rheumatism. A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS IDEA

How Retail Merchants Can Hold Old

Business and Gain New Customers. Mr. Leroy North, of Terre Haute, who was in our city a few evenings ago, has evolved a great idea to advance the interests and increase the business of the retail merchants of Indiana. Mr. North, for several years was a star salesman and a successful business promoter for one of the oldest and most successful wholesale houses of Philadelphia.

While in the employ of the wholesale firms, Mr. North discovered methods and a business policy that largely increased the business of the retail merchants with whom he did business personally. A business increase of 52 per cent in Mr. North's territory caused his firm to sit up and take notice. The North system was. by the wholesale house, given to all their salesmen, introduced throughout every part of their territory and with.x« gratifying results.

Mr. North, seeing how successful it was in his particular line, and realizing its adaptability in all lines of the retail trade, has now evolved a plan whereby all the enterprising retail merchants of Indiana can hold all their old trade and gain new customers through use of his time tried and successfully tested system of reaching and attracting the attention^ and trade of the people. Something must be done to resist the encroach-* ments of the Chicago mail order houses and this can be done by all live wires who are willing to go to a -VI slight expense and a little work.

The system is especially adapted for use by merchants of country towns and they can well afford to lisI ten to and considt with men who have, I developed a proved method for proI moting their business. This is very largely done over the signature and** by the recognized business policy and character of the merchant himself,
