Our streets are being thorougly regrav*elled and are now in fine shape for winter. Greenfield indeed has splendid streets, and steps should betaken to see that the law is observed in regard to hauling heavy loads when the ground is soft. They have been damaged greatly in the past by the unlawful loads hauled during bad weather. Again the streets should be well lined with shade trees on each side, and now is the time of the yeai' to plant them.
