The oiily way to combat these disc ses is to keep some reliable remedy at hand, and all that have tried Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy will admit that it is the most prompt, reliable and successful medicine known for these complaints. It costs but 25 or 50 cents, and may be the means of saving you or your family much suifering, if not life itself, before the summer is over. For sale l.y V. Tvivly- 26tf

If there is a lady in the county who expects to buy a sateen dress this summer, she has now a rare chance of getting a French Sateen cheaper than ever in her life before. The weather so far has been unfavorable for summer dress goods, and it finds us with a big supply. To reduce this immense stock we are giving great bargains in all summer goods. When we advertise a reduction you may depend on finding things as we advertise them. Another large order was sent out this week for those $2 shoes for ladies, ask to see them. Of the success of Hood's Sarsaparilla is the fact that every purchaser receives a fair equivalent for his money. Wire Fence

This is the greatest practical improvement in the way of a fence that has come to farmers for twenty years. It was patented September (i, l.Sbl: consequently it is the oldest patent on wire fence there is. and farmers are safe in buying this fence while they take great risk in buying imitations. This fence has an iron brace for end post and double braces for end post, which gives the wire a center draft. We have the best ratchet wheel that is in use for taking up slack, atul the wires can be tightened for a half mile with ea-e by means of this ratchet, and as they areleft on the fe.-ce they are ahvuvs ready for use. ••This fence also has a vertical wire every two feet, which connects the horizontal wires so that slioats and other animals cannot press the wires apart and get through. It is the only wire fence on the market, that will turn hogs and sheep. Tin's fence i^ made with eight No. '.) wires and one ribbon wire, and we guarantee it to have one-thii'd greater strength than an\ wire 'kfence in use. Why use a barbed wire fence, nn\way. when you can get a much better and safer fence made of smooth wires.
