~ We c^lways have several good Used Cars.
By International News Service RALEIGH, N. C., August 3.—A Methodiat minister who llitted across the front pages last year because of his too many marital unions, and who is now serving a sentence in State Prison here for bigamy, expects to turn evangelist when he is released. The clergyman is the sel*-styleil “amnesia parson,” Rev. Willis T. Jordan, of Columbus, Ga., who was arrested in Grand Rapids, Mich., after he disappeared from his Georgia charge. He was alleged to have had three wives at the same time, although it was proved he was only married twice when ho was tried and convicted for bigamy at Charlotte, N. C., in the fall of last year. The “amnesia parson." who works in tht prison chair factory here, has from one and one half to two years to serve. Governor McLean of North Carolina recently declined to grant him a parole when a Charlotte Methodist minister made an appeal on the ig-E eon’, let’s' behalf. Failing in an attempt to he named ~ prison chaplain, the evangelistic idea ~ formed in the parson-convict’s mind. ~ and he announced his plans to begin on a tour of the country just a? soon EEE as prison gates open for him. ^

THE YONCAS'JLE “!*kinru'r's Big idea Is Coming Monday Night Bringing with it many laughs from the Titanic struggle between youth and old age for mastery of the business world, “Skinner’s Big Idea- is scheduled to open at the Vonca tk theatre on Monday. This I'BO production, featuring Bryant Washburn, was under the direction of Lynn Shores from the well-known story by Henry Irving Dodge. “Skinner,’ 1 played by Washbuyi. is a familiar character to the many readers of Dodge. An energetic young business man. he is promoted to the junior partnership ol a nut and bolt factory and told to fire three men while his senior partners are away. Rather than ea t the obi fo-^ils out into the world jobless, Skinner conceives the great idea of rejuvenating them. But when Skinner’s big idea gets under way, it runs away from him and provides many of the mtvt comjtal situations ever seen on the screen. The introduction of a chorus girl as part of the office staff adds amusement and a love interest.

WYANDOTTE LODGE—MODERN By II. C. Reid Iloosicr-State Autoinobilo Association
When cbiistopher Columbus sailed west over the uncharted Atlantic, the people felt that he would come to the lumping-off place and drop into obliiion, but he returned. Many people have the same horror of entering a cave for the first time, althougl experienced guides accompany th' n over well marked routes. Then there is the uncanny feeling of going under the ground, crawling, slim snakes and the depression of ti • darkness. Bo ndvised—these horrors and dangers are Imaginary in so far as Wyandotte Cave Is concerned. Wyandotte is the second largest cave on the North American Continent. It comprises five distinct floors and there are some twentythree miles of explored passageways with many unexplored caverns. Monument Mountain. The Pillar of the Constitution, Pillared Palace, Throne and Canopy, Rock Pillar, White Cloud Hall, Frost King's Palace, Milroy’s Temple, Palace of the Genii portrays the sublime. Wyandotte is a dry cavo, easy of entrance, entirely free of hazards. The temperature is approximately 53 degrees the year round. Vegetable matter will dry up and wither away but will not decay. There are three routes through the cave, either or all of which can be explored. The Long Route requires from five to seven hours, the Short Route two and one-half hours, and the old cavo three to four hours. Experienced guides accompany
all parties. Wyandotte Cave has been open to visitors with skillful guides and proper equipment since 1860. In early times it was visited by President Wm. H. Harrison and the officers of his gallant army, and since by many noted travelers, scientists, editors, professors, priests, statesmen, with a goodly host of the fairer sex. All were delighted with tile grandeur and magnificence of this truly wonderful cavern, and were fully r< paid for their toll and trouble by the curious and entrancing scenery which meets the eye at every turn. The tourist cannot leave the cave except with a feeling of awe and Inspiration. He Just wonders how God could conceive and make all of It. No one can sit at the font of Monument Mountain in a complete dungeon, with no light except a candle on the peak, 175 feet above, and sco the twilight play over the canopy, without being a more reverent individual. The Hotel has been completely remodeled. Excalient food and tine rooms are available at fair prices. The hotel is located back off State Road No. 62 about onefourth mile, on a southern Indiana hlil. Tho drive leading up to the hotel has been re-designed, is of Indiana limestone construction and passable with ease In all kinds of weather. Native timber lends to its beauty. Tho comforts of an immense veranda permit a view down the valley that arouses the Interest and curiosity of even the novice.
