ana, for the construction of the K. E. Brown, ct al. Road, in Greencastle township. Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Greencastle Township, in Putnam County, Indiana, that the Board of Commissioners of said county, at their regular meeting place, on Thursday, the sixth day of October, 1927, being the fourth day of the regular October Term, 1927, of said Board, determined to issue bonds of indebtedness, payable by the taxable property of said township. The amount of bonds proposed to he issued for the improvement of said road will be in a sum not to exceed $22,000.00, bearing interest at four and one-half per centum per annum. The net assessed value of all property in Greencastle Township, the taxing unit, is $11,502,670.00, and the present road-bond indebtedness of said township, without this issue, is $166,145.00. The proceeds of such bond issue are to be used for the preliminary expenses, superintending and construction of the K. E. Brown, et al. Improvement of Public Highway, in said township. Ten or more tarpayers, other than those who i»ay poll tax only, who feel themselves aggrieved by such determination, may appeal to the State Board of Tax Commissioners for further action, by filing a petition therefor with the county auditor of Putnam County, Indiana, on or before the expiration of twenty-nine days from the 7th day of October, 1927. If objections are filed the State Board will fix a date for hearing of said matter, at the courthouse, in the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana. This fith day of October, 1927. M. E.
