: BEAUTIFUL WALL PAPER. So many new patterns appear for fall paper Hanging that It would be almost impossible to describe them, f First come plain effects w hlch, when bung, give a solid tone to a room, something desirable in some quarters of the house. There are many forestry patterns, specimens that w ill give a ch o tiling appearance to any room. There are many new colors In old-rose and blue schemes, and English patter's showing considerable white background. One cotal colored dining room paper bus a border of peafowls, something not unlike stencil effect when plgced. One new paper shows a light gray combined with pure yellow and a little olive green. This, too, is a dining room paper. Wheie cheap woodwork Is shown In a living room it is a good idea to have the woodwork scraped, sandpapered and stained the color of mission furniture, after which dccoiate *he walls with a soft toned paper in one shade with celling in a lighter color of cream or light tan. This will, however, necessitate the use of mission furniture in that apartment. There are many colors to suit various looms. One very delicate shade of pink showing a frieze of pine green would be attractive in a girl's rcxitn. Green and brown tints are very handsome in a ball, white lavender is a color that will look well In the guest room. Green and brown tints are very handsome In a it til, while lavender is a color that will look well In the guest room A c olor suit aide for a drawing room is found in Gobelin blue, and there ate countless patterns in this very attractive color that also looks well in a music ruom or even a bedroom.
