The Richardson Stock Co. will appear at Gant's new opera bouse one solid week, beginning Monday night, September 3rd, in a repertoir of comedies and dramas, with specialties introduced between acts. Their opening bill, "Way Out West," ranks far above any of its kind, full of thrilling scenes with a good, wholesome comedy, interspersed with high class specialties, and appeals to every one. Miss Amelia Tawney, the leading lady, is an actress of wide reputation. Mr. Wm. O. iVliller, the leading man, and Mr. Prank W. Richardson, the heavy, are actors of successful careers. The prices for the week will be 10, 20 and 30 cents. They offer special inducement for Monday night, ladies free. GRAND OPERA HOUSE.
Next week's list of specialties will be headed by wThat has come to be considered the most sensational act in vaudeville—the Hazardous Globe, an exhibition that is even more startling than any of the "lo@p-the loop" or "leap-the-gap" acts that haye been presented in the past. The exhibition is given by the two Clarks, dare-devil cyclists who seem willing to risk their lives day after day for the sake of giving the public a new sensation. This act was seen at the Grand last season and created a furore.

All Indianapolis theatre-goers know and admire Lavinia Shannon, and will be glad to learn
that this charming actress will be another headline feature of the bill. Miss Shannon, who was for several years the leading woman of the old Grand Stock Company, is appearing this season in a new and delightful one act play in which she is assisted by that excellent actor, William Bonney. Her latest vehicle is said to afford her admirable opportunities for displaying her talents, and for the wearing of beautiful gowns. Her engagement is sure to prove immensely popular.
The rest of the program will have much in it to command attention. I Lee Harrison, the favorite Broadway comedian, will be heard in a new budget of stories and songs Raffayette's wonderful acrobatic dogs will be seen in an astonishing exhibition Fred Lennox and company will present a breezy farce by George Ade Rae and Brosche will offer their latest amusing skit Hayward, Canroy and Hayward will contribute an entertaining specialty, and Marie Bolfson, "the Georgia Magnet," will make her first appearance here. The bioscope will have a fine series of motion pictures with which to round out a noteworthy show.

With this week's bill, vaudeville season of 1906-07 in Indianapolis commences, and indications point to the most important season that the Grand has ever enjoyed. The fact that the Grand is now closly connected with the great New York Hippodrome, the Keith & Proctor circuits in the East and the Orpheum circuit in the West, is sufficient guarantee that this theatre will have the very best of vaudeville attractions to offer throughout the season. The foremost American acts have been booked bjr General Manager Anderson and Grand patrons! will also be treated to a splendid array of foreign acts in the course of the theatrical year. No vaudeville theatre in the mid-west will have better programs to offer than the Grand and Indianapolis amusement-seekers may well look forward to a season of excellent entertainment.
