While at the latter place they visited thesanitarium and were much pleased with the courtesies extended to visitors by Dr. Kirk and Mr. Bundy, the new proprietors. Mr. Bundy and Mr. Judkins are old friends.

Miss Hal lie Ivigdon entertained a party of friends at the home of her parents, W. W. Rigdon and wife of South State street, last night. The evening was spent in an enjoyable manner. Nice music was furnished by the Glascock family orchestra. During the evening light refreshments were served. Those present were Misses Minnie Hubig, Helen Grandson and Mrs. Hayes Sliinn, Messrs Ed. Johnson, Ed. Harding, Charley Barr and Frank Rigdon.
Distinguished Visitors. Congressman Charles Landis, of Delphi, and H. S. Cramer, of Cramer, Ind accompanied by their wives, were in the city an hour or more this morning. They were on their way to Cincinnati in a big, white Winton touring car.
While in the city Mr. Landis and Mr. Cramer visited the courthouse and were much impressed with the beauty of the building.

and several friends. There is no man in Greenfield better known than Henry Ha^ sting, nor is there a man with more genuine friends in Hancock county, all of whom will wish him continued happiness.
Mr. Hasting has been in the newspaper business tor several years, with this paper recently, and kept up his reputation of furnishing "scoops" for the people of Greenfield by his marriage this evening.
Mrs. Hasting was formerly Mrs. Mary H. Russell and lived at Mt. Comfort. Recently she has made her home with the family of James N Gray, West Walnut street.
Mr. and Mrs. Hasting will make their home in this city. When they left the court house John Clark' Binford and several of the Evening Star carrier boys, who had long been under Mr. Hasting's charge, waited at the door and showered the couple with iiandfuls of rice.
William Swain, aged ^0 years died at his home near Gwynneville Tuesday night. Euneral and interment at Friends' Blue River church and cemetery.
