Most of the streets of our town pre.-ent a torn up appearance caused by the putting down of cement sidewalks and grading the streets. When completed it will be a great improvement.

Houses are scarce and rents are high. If more people would build, the houses would be rented as rapidly a» they are put up. People are waiting to rent houses in order to move here. The town is still "on the boom."

Ed Pulse, of St. Paul, is spending a few weeks at home with his parents.

Bert James is quite sick at present. Rev. Wm. Moon, of Fairmount preached at the Mission Saturday night and Sunday: On account of the work being done on the sidewalk in front of the Mission the meetings were closed until Saturday night.
