Fiery Gross on Road

Attracts Many Tourists

FLINT, Mich., July 16. A big open-

air meeting was held here last week

by the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan

of this city in the vicinitv of the

Miller road. A gigantic fiery cross was burned at the road near the

edge of town and attracted the at

tention of many tourists and pleasure

seekers along the road. Before the cross had completely burned out the

road was so filled with autos that it

was almost impossible to pass.
