Beatrice Tilton went to DeMotte today for a visit with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Greve Brown Lamborn of Carpenter township was in Rensselaer Wednesday. Jesse Brown, who had visited relatives here, left for his home in Detroit, Mich. W. S. Lewis, formerly receiving his Republican at Fair Oaks, has ordered his address changed to Franks, Mo. We are delighted to have among the list of new subscribers, the name of Mrs. Elizur Sage of R. F. D. 4, Rochester. David Williams, who had visited his brother, Daniel Williams, and family, left today for his home in Fair Oaks.
Orlen Grant, who had been visiting with his mother in Hammond, came this afternoon for a short visit with his hrother, Van, and family, before returning to his home in Lafayette. Mrs. Edward Kanne went to Logansport Wednesday for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. John Marynell. She will visit with friends in Delphi before returning to her home. Mrs. T. A. Jones of St. John is here to help care for her father, William Dixie, who is quite sick at the home, of his daughter. * Mrs. Charles Osborne, of North Cullen street.
Mr. and Mrs. Carro'l leatberman of Remington were the guests here Wednesday of his father, David Leatherman, and other relatives. Mrs. H. R. Lange, who had spent the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Worland, returned to her home at LaForte today. Mr. and Mr*. Leßoy Weigle of Frankfort, who had been visiting Mr. and Mrs. James Rhoades, returned home today. . Mrs. Will Hamilton and Mrs. James Peck, who had been visiting their mother, Mrs. B.
