There will be a Christmas program at the Tefft S. S. Sunday evening, Dec. 26, at 7:30 p. m. Come and bring the children. The next meeting of the Ladies’ Aid will be at Mrs. Alfred Duggleby’s Wednesday, Dec. 29. Mrs. Ross Nelson is getting along nicely according to latest reports. Miss Grace Albin is taking care of her. Mr. and Mrs. John Robbins are the proud parents of a girl. Mother and baby are doing fine . Several from Tefft attended teachers’ institute at Rensselaer Saturday and report a splendid time. Mr. and Mrs. Ott Mills returned to their home after a few weeks’ visit among friends. Those wishing to enroll for the course in nursing please report to Mrs. Duggleby. The class begins the first week in January. Anyone who is a member of the Red Cross, and wishes to be, can enroll- by purchasing the book for 60 cents. Don’t let this opportunity to slip by. George Woods, who is a ticket agent at the Northwestern depot at Chicago, and Wm. Dorenson of the
same place was out hunting and made their headquarters with the Jaspersons. They sure like rabbit and Anna sure knows how to cook them. That extended visit of Mrs. Robbins at Roselawn was a surprise as the stork left a fine 8 % lb. girl. John laughing.
