WILL OF THE LATE GEORGE WORDEN

The will of the late George Worden of Remington was filed in the office of the clerk of the Jasper circuit court in this city Wednesday. It was written on September 2, 1916, and was witnessed by Samuel Bowman and C. P. Griffith. It provides that his wife shall inherit all of his property and at her death it shall pass to their children. His wife, Mrs. Katie Worden, is made the executrix of the estate.
