GARMAN OUT FOR HARDING.
Formerly Was Democratic State Chairman for Pennsylvania. Marion, 0., Oct. 26.—Harding headquarters made public last night a statement by John M. Garman, of Wilkes-Barte, Pa., former chainnan, of Pennsylvania,. pledging support of the Republican national ticket and asserting that “the pirates how controlling the good ship Democracy should be thrown overboard.” “I favor Harding for President,” said the statement, “first, because I am a Democrat “His platform and addresses show that he is supporting the Constitution, and is safer than one who openly commends efforts to subvert that grand old document.” • Another Harding Vote. Washington, Oct 26.—Richard H.
