AID THE ABSENT VOTER

These who have relatives or friends, qualified to vote in Jasper county and who will be outside of the county on election day, November 2, should secure an absent voter’s blank and mail same to the party so affected, who will upon mailing the blank to the county clerk and securing an official ballot, then be qualified to vote by mail. These absent voter*s blanks may be secured at the office of Attorney D. D. Doan in the Odd Fellows building. " < V- , , ...
