FEDERATION OF LABOR REFUSES TO INDORSE COX
Through a misunderstanding, it was reported on Oct. 14 that the Ohio Federation of Labor had endorsed the candidacy of James M. Cox for president. A resolution indorsing Gov. Cox’s candidacy was submitted to the legislaitive committee of that body. The committee recommended nonooncurrence and the report of the committee was adopted by the Ohio convention, ———’— Republicans do not be misguided by continued personal abuse, and false representations coming from Democratic sources. A majority of the Republicans in Indiana expressed their choice of Warren T. McCray as their candidate for governor.
