Charles Gundy and mother have ' gone to Westville for the winder, i Those of the Intermediate room, । Who have made an average of 100 in spelling are: Helen Erwin, Louise Cedar-wall and Florence Barger. The 100 . per cent department people in the grades last month wore: Harvey Warne, Florence Barger,. Louis Cedarwaß and Helen Barker. - The Primary and Intermediate rooms are. going to give a program Saturday afternoon. It is free. Come! u. The basketball team goes to Hebron Friday night. I I Mrs. Campbell returned Monday after a two days’ absence. The Freshman English class have been learning to debate. Too bad they didn’t get started in time to discuss the League of Nations. The Seniors are a busy bunch of buzzing, bubbling .bodies these days, keeping grades up to' standard, lining up matters for the Lyceum course and trying to keep dignified. Harold Zellers is suspected of duplicity of some sort, attending Senior class meets, claiming to be a Junior and yet, trying to appear pious. The sale at the Co-Opjerative Meat Market Saturday netted about 125.00. The school is very grateful, indeed to those who so generously donated materials and. money. The Domestic Science girls, Miss Hanson, Mrs. Campbell and Mrs. Kanne, especially, deserve much credit for its success. The school extends its thank to the management of the Co-Operative market for their kindness. Miss Jones spent the week-end in Danville, HL, visiting friends and relatives. Remember the first number of he Lyceum course Monday evening, Oct. 18. Ice cream, sandwiches, music and a good time. - Come, to the free entertainment Saturday afternoon. / z ’ /
