COURT NOTES.

The September term of the Jasper circuit ’court closed Saturday and Judge C. W. Hanley went to Kentland Monday where the (October term of the Newton circuit court opened. The most important case before the court in this county during the term dosed Saturday was the Edna Collison vs. Albert Collison trial. / This was a suit for divorce. The evidence was completed Saturday and the judge is to give his decision Friday, October 15, at 9:30 a. m. New case filed Oct. 9. Fra"nk Foltz, admr. vs. Anna B. Burgett. Petition to sell real estate. Oct. 11. Judsoh J. Hunt vs. Mary V. Hamtnpnd et al. Action to quiet title. C. G. Spitler, attorney for plaintiff.
