V AGED LADY PASSES AWAY AT Mrs. Frances Hopkins, for many years a prominent and respected citizen of this city, passedaway at her home bn Park avenue at four o'clock this Tuesday morning, death following ap attack of heart trouble, which had occurred an hour previous.
