SCORES OF REPUBLICAN WOMEN ARE REGISTERED
Indianapolis. — (Special.) — Miss Dorothy Cunningham, director of the women’s bureau of the Republican State Committee, has received reports from the women district and county chairmen stating that the registration of Republican women was in a volume that exceeded even the most optimistic expectations. The majority of the women in; every community were registered, according to information received by the women’s director. -J Republican women workers are actively at work now, both in the city and county, Miss Cunningham stated. The women of the country precincts have completed their fruit canning and preserving and have put aside all but the most Important duties of the home for a few weeks in order to take part in the pre-eleo>< tion work.
