OBITUARY.
Charles J. Baker, son of Dennis apd ; Miriam Baker was horn in N. York State July 24, 1842. He was united in marriage to Mary C. Thomas May 10, 1876. To this union two rt children were born; Mamie S., deceased, and William D., of near Brook, Ind. He united with the U. B. church at Remington, Ind.y while yet a young man, retaining his membership in this denomination until his death which occurred Sunday morning, Sept. 6, 1920, at the home of his son near Brtak, Ind. He was laid to rest in the Remington cemetery by the side of his wife who preceded him in death 19 years ago. He leaves to mourn his death a son and two grandchildren and a number of friends; ... . ” * He was a kind and loving’husband and father. The last .few months of his life were spent in suffering which he bore very patiently. He has> gone to join his loved ones. May he rest in peace.
