MRS. J.W. HAMMERTON DIES AT HOWARD, SO. DAKOTA

Mitchell, S. Dak., Sept. 6. Rensselaer Republican, Rensselaer, Indiana. Deer Sira — Mn. J. W. Haanqprten, formerly of Jasper comity, was taken very sick at her home near Howard, So. Dakota, on August 24 and wu removed to the home of Mm. H. A. Crippe at Mitchell, on the 26tfc where medical aid could be secured but the beat of medical skill and care availed nothing, and she passed away at 8:80 a. m., September 4, after ten days of intense suffering. She will be buried at Mitchell on Tuesday at the Greenland cemetery. She was a devoted wife and mother and expressed herself many times as being willing and anxious for the Lord to come for her.
