HARDING PROMISES VISIT TO INDIANA IN OCTOBER

Indianapolis, Aug. 29.—-Warren G. Harding, republican candidate tor president, will come to Indianapolis for an address some time in October, if his tentative plans mature, according to word received by local republicans. Senator Harry S. New, of Indiana, is 'Quoted as announcing the probable Indiana date following a conference with Senator Harding. The occasion would be a state wide rally of republicans. Indiana republicans who visited Marion, .U., yesterday, returned today. A delegation of northern Indiana republicans is expected at Manon on September 11.
