Cookery Book Brought Fond Recollections to Colored Doughboy Serving in France. He was very black, says the Saturday Evening Post, and in his khaki he looked like coffee and chocolate ice cream. After eating a hearty meal in the American Red Cross canteen he sat down with a book near the counter.
