Rev. J. E- Dean and family spent Friday and Saturday ‘at Battle Ground camp meeting. x Paul Tanner and family of near Winamac were guests Sunday at the Floyd Tanner home. The Gerry Snedeker family spent Monday of this week at the Brook Snedeker home near Lee. There will be Sunday school at the Barkley church next Sunday morning at ten o’clock. Preaching services at seven-forty-five in the evening. „ ? While thrashing at the' Omar Waymire farm last Friday, Charles Grant was kicked in the st6mach by a horse. Luckily Mr. Grant was very close to the horse or the kick would have probably proven fatal. He is able to be at his work again this week.
