Notino is hereby given by the Common Council of .the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 12th day of July, 1920, it unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution, No. 147 for the narrowing of Walnut street in said city, to the uniform width of 60 feet, from Cullen street to Scott street. The Common Council of said city has fixed the 9th day of August, 1920, as the date upon which remonstrances may be filed or presented by persons interested in, or affected by, the proposed narrowing of said street, as above described, and on said date, at 8 o’clock p. m.. the Common Council will meet at the Council Chambers in said city, for the purpose of hearing and considering any rengmstrances which may have been filed or which may be presented and for the of taking final action thereon.
