Notice is hereby given by the undersigned, Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, that a petition has been filed in the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, reading as follows: \ T State of Indiana, County of Jasper, ss: — In Commissioner’s Court, July Term, 1920. “T In the matter of the petition of Jesse G. Eldridge for an improved highway in Barkley Township, Jasper County, Indiana. We, the undersigned, freeholders and voters of Barkley Township, Jasper County, Indiana, respectfully petition your Honorable Board, and we ask that a certain highway In said Barkley/ Township, may be improved by grading, draining and paving the same with crushed stone or gravel, or other suitable material, said highway being more particularly described •as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11), in Township twenty-nine (29) North, Range six (•) Wiest, in Barkley Township, Jasper County, Indiana, and running thence west along the present existing public highway to the Southwest corner of the East three-fourths of the Southeast Quarter of Section Township twentynine (29) Norgk Range six (6) west, in Barkley TWnship, Jasper County, Indiana, also commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Sectiop fifteen (15) in Township twenty-nine (29) North, Range, six (6) West' in Barkley Township,) Jasper County, Indiana, on the east and west portion of the proposed improvement and running thence south along the present existing highway a distance of one mile to the Township line dividing said Barkley Township and Mylon Township in said County and State.
