Ed Schrader is wearing a smile with his car. Frank Smith and family were down from Roselawn visiting Shirers. Mrs. Reddin and two daughters, who have been in Hammond, have returned here. The Alberts, from Streator, who were visiting at the Kerr home, have returned home. Ed Rockenbow, from near Joliet, 111., is visiting Elwood Davis. Ed used to live here fourteen years ago. , Victor Peregrine has purchased a new car and Amanda and the baby are sure having a fine time hunting cherries. Not a very large crowd attended Sunday school on account of no preaching. Mr. Abel is taking a vacation in the East. They encountered lots of car trouble, but enjoyed the trip just the same. Ross and family are staying at Jerome Nelsons and Mrs. Reid is staying with her son, Andrew Kerr. They will some day in the near future, build a bungalow and also move on the dear old farm.
