Miss Belle Southard of Rensselaer was over here a few hours on Tuesday. Guy Little returned from Atlanta where he has been employed the past year. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jeness and son of Chicago Were guests of Jas. Gilbert and wife over Sunday. Mrs. C. S. Foster who has been seriously sick with appendicitis the past week is slowly improving. Mrs. Ed Sutherland and son Mlarion were Remington callers for a short time the first of the week. Born to Mr. and Mn. Delbert Alson on Sunday June the twentieth a fine son Raymond Albert. Mrs. Mary Jordan is spending a few days with her daughter, Mrs. Frank Morrow north of town thio week. ' Howard Wooden resigned Uis position in Milner’s grocery and is now clerking in C. H. Peek’s department Store. George Schini left on Monday evening for his home in New Rochelle after a four months’ stay with his relatives south of town. Mrs. Clark Bartee and tittle daughter Elizabeth of Lafayette came on Tuesday evening for a short visit with relatives and friends. Isaac Shannon is building a fine new residence modern in every way. The cost of this home will be in the neighborhood of ten thousand dollars. Luce Bartoo and family accommotored down to the Shades of panied by his nephew Guy Little Death near Crawfordsville on Sunday. Mr. Bowman is now conducting an ice cream parlor, cigars, and he will carry a full tine of bakery goods.
