Kolchak Shows Russian Reds How to Die. Soldiers Refuse to Obey Order to Firs and Commissar Kills Him. Victoria, B. C. —Admiral Kolchak, former head of the all-Russian government died smoking a clgaret, according to Capt. Wallace lan Webb, provost marshal with the British forces and head of the internationaL military police In Siberia, who arrivW from Vladivostok today. Capt. Webb was in Irkutsk when Kolchak Was killed. Capt Webb said Kolchak and Premier Peppellayeff were taken out and placed before a revolutionary firing squad. Kolchak asked If he was to be tried.
