Jud L. Adama family were guests Sunday at the Ralph Moore home. The M. Tudor family wore gueeta Sunday at the John Newcome home. Don’t forget to bring your dinner Sunday to the Barkley church and eat with the community family. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Eldredge entertained the Lynn Daugherty family, the George Daugherty family, the Earl Barkley family and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Parkinson at dinner last Sunday. The Barkley Ladies’ Aid met with Mrs. Harry Arnold last Wednesday and were delightfully entertained. Mrs. Kenton Parkinson, who has been so seriously ill is improving at this writing. . . . Chariot Moody hae brightened up his house on Wall street with a. new coat of paint. ' ~ There were 124 at the Barkley Sunday school Mat Sunday ing. want it to be a “red letter*’ for Barkley church. The childrens program will be given in the morning. There is one of the largest crowd of children coming faithfully and working hard .on an exceptionally good program And We know everyone wifi be pleased with it A basket dinner at noon. Everyone come and bring your dinner and put them all together and enjoy the dinner together. The male quartette is tuning up,in good shape and will give several selecttons both at the er for the afternoon. Come, bring Sur dinner and come. Do not let b children keep you home for the parsonage will bo turned-over to the mothers with their babies. There are a number of children to be baptised at the service in the morning.
