Mrs. Michael Ringeisen of Reynolds spent Wednesday here with Mrs. Russell Willet and Mrs. Claude Reeve. ’ A lecture given here Sunday evening was well attended and a splendid collection amounting to $30.00 was received and turned over to Die Sunday schooL Ringeisen and family of Newton county were guests of friends here Wednesday. The base ball game between Pleasant Ridge and McCoysburg Sunday was won by the former by a score of 4. to 3. The picture show here Tuesday evening was well attended. The Children’s Day exercises will he held here Sunday evening, June 13, beginning at 7:45 o’ciock.
