No. 9025. Nellie Lillian Grubb vs, Robert E. Grubb; action for divorce. Venued from White county. No. 9026. Jesse F. Heath vs. Sarah E. Heath; action for divorce. Complaint alleges that the parties were married December, 1917, and ived together until May, 1920. Plaintiff alleges that defendant, failed to perform her household duties, associated with people of questionable character and that plaintiff nrotested with defendant regarding ter conduct and she would fly into a rage and quarrel and fight plaintiff. Plaintiff asks for divorce and custody of their son. A hearing was held before Judge Hanley Tuesday morning and arrangements were made for J. W. Sage to care for the child until May 29, when it will be placed under the charge of the Board of Education for Children until the September term of court
