REP U B LICAN PRESIDENTIAL AND DEMOCRATIC GUBERNATORIAL UP TO DELEGATES The candidate the Republicans favor in Indiana for president must be decided tin the state convention to be held in Indianapolis next Wednesday and Thursday, May lit and 13. Leonard Wood has secured a .plurality in the state of nearly 6,000 votes, but under the law the plurality does not bind the delegates to the national convention. Carleton B. McCulloch of Indianapolis has 24,000 more votes than his nearest opponent, but he does not have a majority of the Democratic votes in the state and. . that nomination will have to be deaided in the Democratic state convention.
