The Community club will have its annual banquet Friday evening,. May 7th. The doors wil open promptly at 7:30- Those who do not belong to the community will 1 be asked to join and be a member, which will be SI.OO per year. The committies in charge will do their, ! part and the crowd will do the 1 rest. Everything will be a success. Refreshments will be served during an intermission. A meeting will be held from 10 to 10:80 to elect officers for the ensuing year. Come early and have a good time. Join the crowd and be a member. Good music and a good time assured to all. ' Sunday, Mhy 9th, being Mother’s day, there will be special services at the Tefft Community church. All are cordially invited, especially the mothers. Let’s .make an extra effort to see that as many mothers as can, be there. Saturday is cleaning day for the church. Come with rakes, brooms and dust cloths. Let the young folk help things along. Bill Cullen is spending his vacation on Sam’s farm in Porter county.
