Comer of Michigan City, but formerly a resident of this county, is visiting his brother Victor Comer and other relatives here. John reports the birth of a son on April 20. This is Mr. and Mrs. Comer’s first child. Several members of the local American Legion post, including Commander Dr. I. M. Washburn and Post Adj’utant, Cope Hanley, went to Remington Wednesday for the purpose of helping to organize a post in that community. The post will be known as the Dewey MeGlinn Post Many of the exservice men of Remnigton and vicinity were in attendance at the meeting and exhibited much enthusiasm, u>d will commence work at once perfecting their organization and securing members, and it is their intention to be so organizedby Memorial day ah to take charge of the program in Remington that day.
