Ducking Penalty.
Middletown, Conn., April 20.—A ducking in the gymnasium pool is provided as a penalty for members who ignore resolutions adopted by Wesleyan University fraternities and societies today in favor of the wearing of “old clothes.” Students will be expected to wear such clothing while in Middletown every week day and Sundays, but when goingout of town they may put on their best raiment.
