OVERALLITIS.

Washington, April 20.—Representative Upshaw, of Georgia, appeared in the house today in the conventional long-tailed coat. He explained to the members that he had temporarily abandoned his overall because of the cool weather and a cold he had contracted. This left only one representative of the “overall brigade” oh Capitol Hill. He is a house clerk.
