The deal was made by Harry Swartzell and the consideration was just a little* less than $3,500. It is reported that James West, whose family now occupy the residence just south of the hospital, has purchased the Col. Healey residence and will move into the same as soon as it is vacated by Mr. Sage and family. ... The residence now occupied by the Wests is the property of the Jasper county hospital, and it will j be fitted up for a nurses’ home.
