Dover, Del., March 30.—News of the ratification of the proposed constitutional woman suffrage amendment by the upper branch of the Mi?uria«ippi _ legislature aroused, in-. tense interest here today and spurred the suffrage workers to greater efforts to obtain ratification Joy the Delaware assembly.
