NEWTON CIRCUIT COURT.

The March term of the Newton Circuit Court convened March 8, with Judge Charles W. Hanley on the bench. The 'docket is not exceptionally large, and a number of eases were dismissed on call day. The jury is called for service the third Monday of the term, March 22nd. Following are the proceedings of record as shown by the trial docket: Eight state cases in which arrests .had been made were dismissed on motion of Prosecuting Attorney. State vs Howard Dunean, charged with child desertion, dismissed. State vs Aaron Wagoner, petit larceny, continued for term. State vs Oliver Wagoner, receiving stolen goods, cause set for - hearing on March 31st. State vs Arthur R. Franke, drawing deadly weapon, cause dismissed. G. A. Williams, administrator estate of Noble Peacock, vs C. L A L. Ry: Co., cause dismissed. Citizens National Bank of Peru n, R. L. Constable et al, cause set for hearing at May term. Ethel Ault vs. Isaac Ault, action for divorce, set for hearing March 23rd. ' ‘ Samuel M. Kennedy vs Fneda Kennedy, two cases, to set aside will, set for trial March 29th. Samuel M. Kennedy vs. Nellie Chizum, to set aside deed, set for trial Mar. 29. Anna Burrel vs. Albert Robinson, partition, cause dismissed. Agnes L. Skelly vs. David H.
