BUMPER PEACH CROP PREDICTED FOR INDIANA

A bumper peach crop for Indiana thia year is predicted by Frank N. Wallace, state entomologist Mr. Wallace said that the condition of peach buds in all sections of the state indicates that peaches are to be very numerous in Indiana. A late frost or a severe cold snap are the only things feared by peach growers, he said. Mr. Wallace pointed out that the 'peach crop in Indiana has been ahnoat a complete failure fora number of years, and that the peach owners have almost given up trying to get a good yield. He said that if this year's crop comes up to present expectations that the industry will take on new life in the state.
