C, Ehglioh went to Lafayette today for a visit with her son, Walter English and family, i Mr. and Mrs. W. C. McConnell and Morton Clifton, of Fair Oaks, were in Rensselaer today. George M. Wilcox, who had been here for sometime with hib daughter, Mrs. Frank Leek, returned to Springfield, Ohio ,today. Mr. and Mrs. David Haste and daughter, Avaline, went to Logansport today for a visit with relatives. Mrs. Merle Hershberger and children of Roselawn came today for a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Grimes. . Mrs. J. B. Clemons of Shelby was called today to the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Easterday, south of this city, on account of the illness of the latter. 4 Wayne Morrell, of the Monon signal service out of this city, is taking a five days’ vacation, a part of which he is spending in Louisville, Ky. Colonel Fred A. Phillips left today for his new location near Dain, Wisconsin. Mrs. Phillips and daughter will remain here until the close -of the present term of school. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Williams of Lakota, N. D., who had visited here with the families of Claude and John Williams, left for a visit with relatives in Lafayette. Mrs. O. D. Hefner, of Minneapolis, Minn., who had visited here with her mother, Mrs. Stephenson and her sister, Mrs. William Fyre, left today for Toledo for a visit with her brother, Roy Stephenson and family.
