One of the three silver cups which will be presented by Secretary Baker to the schools attended by the three prize winners of the war department’s coptest for essays on “What Are the Benefits of an Enlistment in the United States army?” The contest of open to student* of all schools, public, private or' sectarian. The board of judges will consist of Secretary Baker, General Pershing and General March.
